A Reflection of you…
Alice Patterson is a mixed media and oil painter in the Missouri Ozarks and a graduate of the Milan Art Institute Mastery Program. Her mission is to create art that reflects the deepest parts of who you are and calls you to be the truest version of yourself. Someone meant to take up space. Someone with a voice. Each piece of art is a moment in your story, and in hers.
Alice believes that when people tap into their strength and open the well of the deepest source of who they are, whether you call it God, the universe, or simply yourself, something profound happens. Women especially have been held back in this pursuit. Sometimes by society. Sometimes by people around them. And sometimes, most painfully of all, by themselves.
Alice believes that when people, and especially women, rise, systems begin to shift. Old ways of thinking start to break apart. What once felt fixed begins to move. Like dominos, walls begin to fall one by one. When women and all people choose to step fully into who they are, it heals and restores families, communities, and churches. It shapes the path forward for young people, boys and girls alike. It bridges the gap between where we are and the world waiting for us on the other side of our pain.
Art can be that bridge.
